If the product ordered by you has reached you in a defective condition, you can claim for a refund by emailing us at email@example.com. In your email, please specify your Order ID, Name, Address, Phone, Name of the Product Ordered and the picture of the defective product. Such complaint should be raised within 24 hours of the delivery date. If CraftMantra finds your claim to be genuine, we will refund you the value of the product within 30 days of approving the refund claim. In some cases, the customer will be required to ship the defective product to CraftMantra. Any expense for such shipment will be borne by CraftMantra.
